Here's my second post, so my blog won't be lost to the ether due to my lazy ass not bothering to post anything.
I'm trying Crisco for baking in my chocolate chips instead of butter, on the recommendation of a friend.
The first batch hasn't come out of the oven yet but they haven't collapsed into flat masses either, so that's a positive.
